Over the years, I have delivered numerous talks, courses, and workshops on stress and stress management.
Most of these have taken place on-site at various workplaces across Denmark.
However, I have also hosted online sessions and workshops for international companies with employees based around the world, as well as for organizations in Denmark where English is the main language.
Of course, in-person sessions can also be arranged if you prefer a physical setup.
