“Lisbeth held two workshops with us in which we in depth discussed the topic stress: what is it, signs to recognize when we or one of our colleagues is stressed, how to distinct stress from being busy and methods and tools to prevent stress altogether. Our aim was to ensure the wellbeing of all colleagues in a busy world – at work and at home – where we could support each other by breaking down taboos and concerns in scenarios where things come together. Having the entire team participating in the same workshops helped us establishing one set of vocabulary that we use in our dialogs, and we got introduced to the same tools to work with, too.
Our departments are placed globally and therefore the workshops were held at a global level, with colleagues participating remotely where needed. Lisbeth delivered a solid professional performance, reached out to local and remote participants equally with her presentation and interactions and had everyone engage and contribute with questions, comments and during the team exercises. The entire team enjoyed the work with Lisbeth and appreciated that we prioritized time for establishing a common foundation and a safe place to discuss this matter in our departments. Taking this proactive step will help us keeping our teams on the good and healthy side, focussing on our wellbeing and help prevent sick leaves caused by stress, and improving the relationship between employee and leader.
