I help management and HR effectively prevent and reduce stress in the workplace – creating motivated, happy employees who deliver outstanding results.

My journey began in 2004, when I first witnessed the devastating impact of stress. A close colleague suffered a severe breakdown and went on long-term sick leave.
Not long after, another colleague experienced the same fate. I was shocked – shocked by how seriously ill they were, and by the fact that I, too, was experiencing signs of stress.
I felt powerless because I didn’t know how to help, and angry because my workplace chose to look the other way. At that time, stress was a taboo subject – something leaders didn’t talk about or take responsibility for. Amid the chaos of serious sick leaves, silence, and closed doors, my passion was born – a deep commitment that has guided me ever since.
A passion for raising awareness about why and how stress and imbalance emerge in our everyday lives – and most importantly, how we can prevent them.
Since 2006, I have worked professionally with coaching and stress management. Through courses, lectures, and tailored training programs, I advise and educate organizations of all sizes. I also offer intensive one-on-one programs for individuals who want to overcome stress and ensure it doesn’t return.
In addition, I regularly write articles on stress management and have published five books on the subject.
In all my work, I value trust, authenticity, credibility, and the ability to listen with calm presence and genuine curiosity. I engage fully and wholeheartedly in every collaboration. When heart, intuition, and emotional intelligence are allowed to guide us, we gain access to what lies beneath the surface.
And often, that’s exactly where the key to the best results can be found.
If you would like to explore how we might work together, I offer a free, no-obligation introductory conversation.
