About Lisbeth Fruensgaard
Lisbeth Fruensgaard is the founder of Stressmaster Education and a specialist in strategic stress management and sustainable leadership development.
For more than 20 years, she has worked with leaders, HR professionals, and organizations across private and public sectors, supporting them in preventing stress, strengthening mental health, and building sustainable performance.
Her work combines deep expertise in stress psychology, leadership, and organizational dynamics with a structured, practical approach. Lisbeth is known for translating complex knowledge into clear frameworks, professional language, and tools that can be applied directly in daily leadership practice.
She is the developer of the method “The Cure for Stress” and the creator of the Stressmaster HR training program.
Lisbeth holds an ACC certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF), is a certified mindfulness trainer, and has authored five books on stress, leadership, and mental health. She holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Business, Language and Culture from the University of Southern Denmark.
Her approach is grounded in one core principle:
